Hello Grade Fours,
As you know, life is all about learning. Just because you've become a teacher doesn't mean that you stop learning! I learn from all of you each and every day. I also learn a lot of new things on the web. One website that I recently discovered is Glogster. This is a really awesome and interactive way to display information! It is sort of like an interactive poster. One of my favourite things about it is that you can animate what you put on there. You can use this website to display information and in the coming weeks, you can look forward to using it in class. We will soon be working on Medieval Times. I think that Glogster would be a great way to display everything we've learned about Medieval Times. Teachers are constantly developing their Technological Knowledge, and I look forward to sharing with you as I learn more and more. Please be sure to share any technology that you've learned about with me- often, students know more about technology than the teachers! I hope that you check out Glogster and find an interesting and unique way to use it. Remember, you don't always have to use it in the way that I have shown you- I am always up for new suggestions!
